I am proud to be a part of the TSA TEAM. This institution is one of its kind with its reputation and immaculate administration. Among the mushroom growth of various business institutions TSA stands apart, as we take pride in being a blend of conventional and modern institution simultaneously. Conventional, when it comes to imparting and practicing positive social values and modern in our approach to updated academic methodologies. Teaching here means growing as a part of a dedicated team of professionals.

Teaching at TSA has been a fulfilling experience for me. Not because the average TSA students has abundant gray matter between his ears, or because the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. It is rather that I have found these boys and girls usually very serious and responsive. Even though ICAP does not test presentation skills, and the work schedule of the students is hectic, they put in a lot of time and effort towards exchanging their presentation skills. I feel the success story of TSA is largely explained in terms of the administrative acumen and resolve of the school principal, Mr. Sharif Tabani. He orchestrates the performance of his people exceedingly well. The whole team, from Mr. Sarwat and Mr. Nasir Mahmood to Mr. Fida and Mr. Raza, works in a symphonic harmony. I don't think this is a coincidence. I believe the secret lies in how Mr. Tabani and Mr. Wazir ul Hasan together, combine commitment with compassion.

Teaching in TSA is more than a privilege. The reason for the same in working environment, co-operation of the management and above all the caliber, enthusiasm, commitment, devotion & dedication of its students which is beyond any human imagination. Academic achievements of TSA are proof of this fact. In short, TSA is an institute of the professionals, by the professionals and for the professionals.

If every educational institution takes some things from the learners and facilitators it also imparts knowledge to them, which in turn becomes a lifelong process for the recipients. I have experienced the same in my teaching experiences. But I must say that I have attained at TSA in entirely different because the modern theories and technique guided this experience. The facilities available in the classroom create a free communicative atmosphere, which helps the facilitator to teach in a congenial environment. The audio visual aids available in the classrooms are ample to develop a student. centered approach. The modern logistic facilities enable the instructor to walk along the lines of adaptability, thus allowing each student to have individual attention. Last but not the least I would like to talk about the administration department which is the backbone of every well flourished institution. Through this, a lot of improvements have taken place in my professional ethics. I have worked in many well-reputed institutions and I must say that TSA is so far one of the best I have seen.

TSA has an administration that work wonders. The quality education that this institution imparts has a positive role to play in nations building. Fortunately, the students that we come across, have a high IQ level and realize the importance of dedication and perseverance when it comes to their studies. I, as a teacher, believe in bridging the teacher-students gap to elicit optimum response from the students. TSA's ball mark is that this institution believes in honoring the sincere faculty, which plays a part to boost our energies.
